Aside from directly violating the EULA (End User License Agreement) it also creates a weird and problematic grey zone, legally. Having a 'black market' for blueprints opens the door for new ways to scam people. We can't help users who have been scammed by blueprint-sellers because it's a market that completely bypasses any safeguards we have set up with Steam, Sony, and Microsoft respectively. The
