Between July 16, 2025, and August 11, 2025, the main website, Playtrailmakers.com, was compromised and served a link to a malicious external website. We are notifying you of this occurrence to enable you to take appropriate action if you have visited the site during this period.

Potential Data Exposure:

During the security incident described above, a database containing information related to users who submitted support tickets through the Playtrailmakers.com website between January 1, 2022, and August 11, 2025, may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party.
The potentially exposed information includes names, e-mail addresses and content of support tickets as entered when submitting the tickets.
Even though we do not have any confirmation that access was actually exploited we recommend you take the following precautions:

* Be vigilant for phishing attempts: Be cautious of any unsolicited emails, messages, or calls asking for personal information. Do not click on links or open attachments from unknown senders.

* Review your online accounts: Monitor your online accounts for any suspicious activity. If you notice anything unusual, change your passwords immediately.

We have closed the incident and notified the relevant data protection authority (Danish Data Protection Agency) about the incident.
